简历：

孔晓瑜， 1986年6月于山东大学生物系获理学硕士学位。2004年7月于青岛海洋大学获博士学位。1986年7--2007年在青岛海洋大学水产学院工作，历任助教、讲师、副教授、教授、博士生导师, 2008年4月调入中科院南海海洋研究所至今。 研究方向为海洋鱼类生物学、系统学和分子进化。已在等国内外核心期刊上发表学术论文50余篇，参加编写高等学校鱼类学教材。

现任中国鱼类学会理事。

研究领域：

应用形态和分子生物学相结合的方法从事海水鱼类生物学及分子系统学研究。通过生物信息学技术，研究和探究鱼类线粒体基因组结构变异及机制、分子系统学及鱼类生物地理学。目前研究工作集中在鲽形目鱼类的系统关系及分子进化方面, 已获得4项国家基金、中科院分类专项及中科院海洋生物资源可持续利用重点实验室开放课题等资助。
