王保栋 男，1964年5月出生，硕士， 研究员，硕士生导师。现任本所海洋生态环境科学与工程局重点实验室副主任。本人系统、全面地研究了黄海、东海生源要素的时空分布变化规律，总结了黄海冷水团的生物地球化学特性及其季节变异，发现了黄海溶解氧垂直分布中最大值现象的若干新规律并对其成因提出新的见解，深入探讨了黄海、东海营养盐的物理输运规律，提出了黄渤海无机氮的收支模式，改进了经典的一维垂直扩散-对流模型等。在国内外核心期刊上已发表论文30余篇，获国家海洋局科技创新成果一等奖1项（第2名）。目前承担国家自然科学基金项目、青岛市奥运环境项目等课题多项。

    博 士/研究员，毕业于中国海洋大学海洋化学专业，1988年起一直在国家海洋局第一海洋研究所从事中国近海的化学海洋学、生源要素生物地球化学、富营养化及 其生态效应研究，2004年曾作为高级访问学者在汉堡大学工作。现任海洋生态环境科学与工程国家海洋局重点实验室责任研究员、学科方向负责人，《海洋科学 进展》、《台湾海峡》杂志编委。已发表论文60余篇，曾获2000年度国家海洋局海洋科技创新成果一等奖。
